SHIPPING CHARGES:
Domestic shipments : free of cost above 10k and 350 below 10k
International shipments - 4000 per order. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:
We are currently only accepting payments for international orders via Bank Transfer.

RETURNS:
Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

TAXES & DUTIES:
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International customers ( when applicable):
International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the
price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

PAYMENTS:
All payments made against the purchases/services on https://adanicreations.com/  by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Adani Creation.Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
Adani Creation may employ Razorpay and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Adani Creation which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.


DELIVERY:


Domestic delivery timeline - 7 to 30 days (Depending upon the product).

International delivery timeline - 15 to 40 days  (Depending upon the product).


Adani Creation endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Adani Creation to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Adani Creation may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
For all the orders, delivery timelines are as described in the Product information section.
Further information on the order status can be provided by the mentioned number upon request.

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know.
You just have to inform us of the change required within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, the customer care team at Jatin Malik would inspect the product for the need for a return, and based on their jurisdiction, the Credit Note would be issued for the same.
Note that, since these are bespoke merchandise, the product is only made after we receive an order on it and there is no in-stock merchandise, in case of a return 30% amount will be forfeited as part of the production expense and the Credit note will be issued for the Balance amount which can be used against future shopping.

DOMESTIC RETURNS 
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail
Email us at adanisbr23@gmail.com the item you want to return, along with the order number, and note the reason(s) for the return.
Pack your return securely, in the original package, with the original tags intact.
3. Courier the parcel back to us.
4. We do not return or exchange jewelry, bags, and sunglasses once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
5. No returns on discounted merchandise.
We will not accept the product : 
(a) if it has been damaged by you
(b) if it's altered as per specs shared by you. (Custom Tailored articles)
(c) if it has been worn.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges or refunds on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the order.

You should expect to receive your Credit Note within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to do the Quality check (5 to 10 business days).
